Also, you can use any DK or worsted weight yarn. You will want to swatch though!

Pattern Puff Stitch (PS) :
- Wrap yarn over hook; insert hook into ch sp, wrap yarn over hook & pull through leaving 3 loops on hook
- Wrap yarn over hook; insert hook into same ch sp, wrap yarn over hook & pull through leaving 5 loops on hook
- Wrap yarn over hook and pull through ALL 5 loops to create the “puff” stitch

Assembly calls for Mattress Stitch Method, if you do not know this you can whip stitch instead.

Go back to Row 1 and count 22 stitches from each end placing stitch marker at 23rd stitch on each side.
Attach Main color at stitch marker, then:
Rows 1 - 25: Ch 2 (acts as first hdc), 39 (43, 47, 51, 55, 59)x hdc across for total 40 (44, 48, 52, 56, 60) hdc incl ch 2.
Fasten off – leaving extremely long tail for assembly
Block both completed panels. (Check out blocking tips here!)
ASSEMBLY
Marry your two panels and this will now be INSIDE OUT - Begin at top
Using your fastener, pin the panels together 27 (28, 30, 31, 33, 35) stitches from the corner on each side
Then connect the panels with sl st or whip stitch from your fastener to the corners and fasten off.
Using your long tail from the bottom, and using mattress stitch method, attach the sides on the bottom panels and under arm on each side.
TURN RIGHT SIDE OUT – weave in all ends and enjoy!
